Small clean area (class 1000) in room 1414 designated for PDMS processing only. Facility includes a Thinky Mixer, Laurel Spin Coater, scale, vacuum desicator, oven, UVO system, I-O puncher (for 500 or 700um ports) and sample aligner. Users may complete the entire PDMS molding process in this clean space. Mold masters must be fabricated in the cleanroom.
