The Oxford Plasmalab PECVD enables the user to control the stress of the film by alternating between RF and low frequency plasmas during the deposition. The system is capable of depositing silicon nitride, silicon dioxide and silicon oxynitride. Predetermined recipes allow the user to generate high quality extremely uniform films with ease.
